Is this course approved by the Texas DSHS?

What is the difference between a food handler certificate and a food manager certification?
A food handler certificate (this course) is for all employees who work with food. A food manager certification (like ServSafe Manager) is a separate, more advanced certification required for supervisors and managers. This course only covers food handler requirements.
